Disciplinary Action For Abusing HGH

The Connecticut Board of Education is considering making it illegal for students to take steroids, except for a valid medical reason.

As stated by Michael McKee, the superintendent, “We've had a drug, alcohol, and tobacco policy in place as long as I've been here. There is much more information about the illegal use of steroids in professional, college and high school sports, so it just makes sense that the policy should include them.” Even though the new policy, which will be voted in January, does not include HGH, any student found abusing it will be subject to disciplinary action.
